Coach / Staff Invitation Instructions

1. When you are added to a team as a Staff Member (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager, etc.), you will receive an email to accept the invitation. Click on the link to accept the invite.

2. If you do not yet have an account with Crossbar, you will be prompted to create one. Enter a password, and click Sign Up.

3. A verification email will be sent to the email address entered to activate the Crossbar account.

4. Click on the link in the verification email to activate the account.

5. Login to your new account.

6. Enter your name and phone number to complete the account profile.

7. Click Save.

Note: Please enter your (the Coach or Staff Member's) information here - not your Player's if you have one. You will enter your Player's name later.

8. Accept (or Declient) the Invite.

9. Add yourself as a Participant if you are not listed already. If you are already a Particpant, then select yourself.

10. Enter your First Name, Last Name and Birth Date.

11. Click Save.

Note: The birth date entered here must match the birth date on the USA Hockey Confirmation Number for this Participant. The USA Hockey Confirmation Number will be required on the next step.

12. Enter your USA Hockey Number and Click Submit.

13. You have been successfully added to the team staff.

Confirm Delete
Click the delete icon again to confirm. Click escape to cancel.
